摘要
核心竞争力对企业而言是一个非常重要的概念。如何有效地识别何种能力对企业才是真正的核心竞争力,这是目前学术界和企业界关注的一个重要课题。从分析核心竞争力的内涵入手,分析核心竞争力的特征、核心竞争力难以识别的原因,并提出关于核心竞争力的内部、外部识别方法。
The core competence is important in the enterprise＇s development, How to identify corecompetence is also important in enterprise＇s practice. The author discusses the concept of core competence, analyzes the characteristic of it and the reason why it is hard to identify and pus forward the internal and external identification methods of core competence.
