摘要
大连医科大学附属铁西医院为探索护理文化,构建学习型护理团队的途径和方法,从2000年起,将创建学习型护理团队确定为医院护理工作发展的一项长期战略,并列入了护理部每年的重点工作之一,开始对构建学习型护理团队的理论与实践的探讨。
The article introduced the experience of building learning based nursing team in affiliated Tiexi Hospital of Dalian Medical University. Approaches and stages of building learning based nursing team was introduced and the theories and problems in building learning based nursing team were discussed.
