摘要
目的了解成人肺炎支原体肺炎(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)并发心血管系统损害的临床特征。方法对93例确诊为MP感染者进行回顾性分析。结果93例肺炎支原体肺炎者,其中并发心血管系统损害17例,占总病例的18.28%,此11病例经大环内酯类抗生素规则治疗和辅以营养心肌治疗,全部治疗痊愈。结论MP感染肺部引起支原体肺炎同时,还可引心血管系统损害,应引起临床重视。
Objective To study the clinical character of cardiovascular system damaged following adult myeoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods The eliniealdata of 93 patients with myeoplasma pneumoniae infection who were diagnosed by ELISA （ MP IgM≥ 1 ： 80） and cold agglutionation test （ ≥1 ： 32 ） was analyzed retrospectively. Results There were cardiovascular system damaged complications in 17 patients of 93 patients with myeoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, the pereentage was 18.28%. The 11 patients had been improved after received maerolide drugs and cardiac muscle therapied. Conclusion Myeoplasma pneumoniae infection not only can cause mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, but also can damage cardiovascular system. We should pay attention to it.
