摘要
高职院校产学研结合要持续和卓有成效地进行下去,就必须要解决动力机制问题,因为动力不足已成为目前制约高职院校开展产学研结合的主要因素。本文对如何构建高职院校产学研结合动力机制问题,在提出主要思路的基础上,较详细地分析了需要实施的策略,这些策略主要为:必须以调动企业积极性为主要努力方向,以突破高职院校开展产学研结合的瓶颈制约;要加强高职院校内部相关问题的管理,以强化学校在产学研结合中的原动力作用;要充分发挥政府、行业组织、行业协会等力量对这类结合的支持与促进作用,以增强全社会对这类结合的推动力。
If the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and local enterprises is expected to be carried on continually and successfully, motivation is the first thing to consider. Because the lack of motivation is the main factor that hinders the development of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and local enterprises. This paper, based on the chief thought, puts forward the suggestion to solve the problem. That is, it is necessary to arouse the initia- tives of enterprises in order to break the bottleneck in the cooperation. The management of the colleges must be strengthened to enforce the main motivation of colleges. We must make full use of the functions of government, industrial organizations and associations in order to strengthen the collected motivation of all the society.
