摘要
[目的]了解大学生心身健康水平的变化,为制定综合干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]统计1999 ̄2005年20725名在校大学生总体体育5项达标率以及1999 ̄2006年中每年因心理障碍所致心身疾病休学的人数。[结果]7年中大学生总体体育5项达标率呈逐年下降趋势(χ2=280037.9,P﹤0.01);8年中351名大学生因心理障碍休学人数呈逐年增多趋势(χ2=29.54,P﹤0.01)。[结论]大学生心身健康水平下降与心身疾病呈正相关,不良性认知心理是诱发心身疾病的关键环节,应采取综合干预措施。
[Objective] To study the changes of college students' psychosomatic health level and provide scientific basis for making comprehensive intervention measures. [Methods] To add up the five-item qualification rate of physical education among 20725 college students from 1999 to 2005 and the number of the suspension students with psychosomatic disease out of the psychological obstacles from 1999 to 2006. [ Results] Statistics showed that the five-item qualification rote of physical education saw a dropping trend during the past 7 years (x^2 = 280 037.9, P 〈 0.01), and the number of the suspension students with psychological obstacles saw an increasing trend during the past 8 years (x^2 = 29.54, P 〈 0.01 ). [Conclusion] The decline of psychosomatic health level has a close relationship with psychosomatic disease induced mainly by the ill cognitive psychology, so the comprehensive intervention measures should be taken.
