摘要
[目的]了解城市老年冠心病患者心理状况与相关因素。[方法]采用SCL-90症状自评量表、社会支持评定量表和艾森克人格问卷,对90例冠心病和186例健康者进行调查分析。[结果]老年冠心病患者心理状况较对照组差,躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、忧郁、焦虑、恐怖和精神病性均显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05),其他因子无差别(P﹥0.05);老年冠心病患者的心理状况与性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、子女数、社会支持和人格特点有关(P﹤0.05,0.01或0.001)。[结论]建立老年冠心病患者心理健康档案,加强其心理卫生服务、对于提高老年冠心病患者的生活质量和防治冠心病可能有重要意义。
[Objective] To investigate the psychologic status and its related factors of rural aged people with coronary heart disease. [ Methods] 90 patients with coronary heart disease and 186 health residents were investigated with SCL-90, SSRS and EPQ. [ Results] When compared with control group, the psychologic status, somatization, ohsessive-compalsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and psychoticism of patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）, and other factors were not found significant difference between cases and controls （P 〉 0.05 ）; The psychologic status of aged people with coronary heart disease was significantly associated with sex, age, vocation, education, the number of children, social support and personality, characteristic （P 〈 0.05, 0.01 or 0.001）. [Conclusion] To establish mental health record of aged people with coronary heart disease, such as reinforcing mental health services would play a significant role in improving the living quality and preventing as well as control for aged people with coronary heart disease.
