摘要
采用盆栽的方法,利用不同层数的白纱布遮光,建立不同的光照强度。研究了烤烟旺长期弱光对烤烟干物质积累及矿质营养的影响以及调制后烟叶中矿质养分含量的变化。结果表明,弱光胁迫严重影响干物质的积累和分配。在低于50%的自然光的条件下,烟株总生物量急剧减少。根、茎、叶中大多数矿质元素含量随光照强度的降低而增加,但总的矿质养分积累量是降低的。
By a pot experiment,the effects of low light on dry matter accumulation and mineral nutrient absorption of flue-cured tobacco in flourishing times,as well as change of mineral element content about baked Flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation and allocation were seriously influenced in low light stress. Biomass total extremely decreased in light density lower than that in 50 % control condition. The majority mineral element content increased by the decrease of light density in root, stem and leaf of plant. But accumulation total of mineral nutrient cut down.
