摘要
分析了北海市铁山港区农村水利基础设施产权管理体制改革的现状和存在的问题,探讨了农村水利基础设施产权管理体制改革的主要有利条件和不利条件,提出下一阶段改革的思路和对策。
Based on an analysis of the current situation and existing problem of the property management system reform for the rural water conservancy infrastructures in the Tieshangang District of Beihai City, the author probed into the major favorable conditions and the disadvantages of property management system reform of the rural water conservancy infrastructures, and put forward idea and countermeasure for the reform at next stage.
