摘要
目的：回顾总结糖尿病足围手术期的护理经验。方法：整理分析2001～2005年间，我科收治的22例糖尿病足患者的截趾、截肢资料。结果：22例患者中行截趾术8例，小腿截肢9例，大腿截肢5例，术后残端愈合良好，未发生并发症，出院后随访生活状况良好。结论：对糖尿病足截趾、截肢术患者，配合手术治疗，做好围手术期的护理十分重要。
Objective： To summarize retrospectively the nursing experiences in patients with diabetic feet. Methods： Data of twenty and two diabetic patients underwent toes or extremities amputation from 2001 - 2005 were collected and analyzed. Results： Of the 22 patients subjected to amputation, 8 cases were toes, 9 were below knee and 5 were above knee. All of them healed well after operation and no complications occurred, after discharge, their living state was fine in follow-up. Conclusion： Postoperative nursing matching surgery plays a key role in patient with diabetic foot undergoing toe or extremity amputation.
