摘要
从采自江西南昌郊区土壤的生防菌株多粘类芽孢杆菌HY96—2代谢产物中分离得到8个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为尿嘧啶(I)、胸腺嘧啶(Ⅱ)、金雀异黄素(Ⅲ)、5,4’-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅳ)、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(Ⅴ)、对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅵ)、棕榈酸(Ⅶ)、内消旋-2,3-丁二醇(Ⅷ)。化舍物的结构通过IR、NMR、MS等波谱数据分析得到确定,其中化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ均为首次从该菌中分离得到。
Eight compounds were isolated from the culture broth of Paenibacillus polymyxa HY96-2. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis as uracil ( Ⅰ ), thymine ( Ⅱ), genistein (Ⅲ), 5, 4r-dihydroxyl-7-methoxyl flavone (Ⅳ), 2, 4-ditert butyl phenol ( Ⅴ), p-hydroxybenaldehyde (Ⅵ), palmitic acid(Ⅶ) and meso-2, 3-butanediol(Ⅷ). Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅶ were isolated from Paenibacil- lus polymyxa for the first time.
