摘要
风险评估是降低边坡灾害损失的有效途径。论文以地理信息系统GIS(Arcview)为基础进行二次开发,建立边坡风险评估系统。通过该系统建立边坡的三维地质模型,根据模型的物理力学参数等属性数据,运用Monte-Carlo法计算三维边坡的失效概率,分析经济风险和生命风险,最后给出定量的评价。实例分析结果表明,该系统在经济与生命风险评估方面可为相关决策提供依据。
Landslides caused substantial damage to property, which is seriously hampering social development. With the use of geographic information systems (Arcview), a risk assessment system is established in the paper. The failure probability of 3D-slope is calculated using the Monte Carlo method. The risk of life and economic losses were also calculated by the risk assessment system. By a case study, the results of the risk of life and economic losses may be crucial foundations for administrant branch.
