摘要
本文对国产甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗（Ｈ２株）的免疫原性进行了研究。使用随机分组对照的方法，给１９５名儿童和青年易感者分别接种３种剂量甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗，近期免疫应答效果显著，阳转率分别为７９．５％、９０．４％、９７．５％；几何平均浓度分别为８１．２、１０１．５、２６６．３ｍＩｕ／ｍｌ；免疫应答呈明显的剂量－效应关系。在本研究使用的剂量条件下，年龄因素对抗体应答没有明显的影响。
The immunogenicity of a China made live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine(H 2 strain) was studied. 195 susceptibles of children and young adults,grouped and controled at random, were given one of the three different vaccine dosages.The rates of positive conversion after the vaccination were 79.5% , 90.4% and 97.8% respectively,with geometric mean concentrations(GMCs) of 81.2mIu/ml , 101.5mIu/ml and 266.3 mIu/ml respectively,which showed a significant dose response relationship. Children and young adults had similar anti HAV responses.
