摘要
研究了发酵温度、培养基pH、接种量及溶解氧等对粘质沙雷氏菌生长的影响,得出粘质沙雷氏菌的优化培养条件为温度30℃左右,pH 7.0~7.5,接种量1:10,通过振荡或通气的方法保证培养基中含一定的溶解氧有利于细菌的生长。用发酵罐测定了粘质沙雷氏菌的生长曲线,在上述优化培养条件下粘质沙雷氏菌约4 h后进入对数生长期,18 h达到稳定期,最终菌液浓度达16.00亿/mL。
The effects of temperature, pH, inoculation rate and dissolved oxygen on the growth of Serratia marcescens were studied. The results showed that the optimal fermentation parameters of Serratia marcescens were 30 ℃, pH7.0-7.5, inoculation rate 1:10 and enough dissolved oxygen in the culture would be good for the bacteria growth. The growth curve made by fermentation tank test showed that the bacteria turned into logarithmic phase after 4 h culture and stabilization phase after 18 h, and the maximal concentrations of live bacteria was 16.00×10^8 individuals/mL in the fermentation liquid.
