摘要
隐私权中的隐私主要是一种私人信息。私人信息是一种无形财产。隐私权的权能之一便是对私人信息的控制和利用。本文对隐私权进行法经济学分析的前提、动因进行探讨。运用法经济学的一些理论,对隐私权的保护进行成本收益分析,以期完善我国隐私权的法律保护。
Privacy is primarily the private information in the right to privacy. The private information is one of intangible property. One of function of privacy right is to control and use the private information. Firstly, I analyze the premise and reason for the right to privacy , Secondly, I use the theory of cost and benefit to study the protection of the right to privacy Lastly, I put forward some suggestion to prefect the protection of the right to privacy.
