摘要
整合素是一类细胞膜表面的糖蛋白受体家族分子,在小梁网组织中表达多种整合素亚单位,可以和细胞外基质结合并调节基质金属蛋白酶的表达,影响小梁网内环境的稳定,改变房水外流阻力。本文就整合素与小梁网组织的关系作一综述。
Integrin is a family of glucoproteins that are expressed on the surface of cells. Expression of subunits of integrin in the trabecular meshwork that connects to the extracellular matrix can regulate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases and affect the internal environment of the trabecular meshwork, causing a change in aqueous humor outflow. This article discusses the relationship between integrin and the trabecular meshwork.
