摘要
介绍在普通膜式壁成排弯机器上弯制带有弯曲半径R=2Dw成排弯的膜式壁的新方法及R=2Dw的成排弯模具结构原理,该方法改变了传统的带有R=2Dw的生产工艺,通过一定的工艺试制与批量生产,证明此方法可以节省大量的人力,并能提高产品质量。
Introduced how to make the water-wall in row use the common water-wall bend machine,and the bent radius of the water wall is double to Dw,introduced the R=2Dw of the curved molding tool structure principle,changed to the traditional production craft of the water-wall of R=2Dw,through a batch quantity manufacture produce on a trial basis to a certain craft,prove that this method can manpower save strongly,and can raise the product quantity.
