摘要
针对IM DTC和PMSM DTC中零电压空间矢量作用效果的不同,提出基于转矩预测的PMSM模糊直接转矩控制方法,模糊控制规则表中使用零电压矢量。根据转矩偏差、定子磁链偏差的符号和大小以及定子磁链所处的扇区经模糊推理得到合适的电压空间矢量,再使用预测控制算法计算该矢量和零电压矢量(如果需要)分别作用的时间,限制电磁转矩在给定环宽范围内。仿真分析表明,零电压矢量的引入和预测控制算法的应用减小了转矩脉动,对传统的永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统性能有明显的改善。
The effect of the zero voltage vector which is used in IM DTC and PMSM DTC was analyzed and compared. Then a method of PMSM fuzzy direct torque control based on torque prediction was presented, the zero voltage Vector was selected in the table of fuzzy logic rules. From the sign and value of torque error, stator flux linkage error and the sector of the stator flux linkage the fuzzy controller output the proper voltage space vector through fuzzy reasoning. The predictive control algorithm was used to calculate the work time of the fuzzy controllerrs output vector and the zero voltage vector, which can restrict the electromagnet torque ripple between the upper limit and the under limit of the band. The simulation results demonstrate that the utilization of the zero vector and application of predictive control algorithm reduce the torque ripple obviously and improve the performance of the conventional PMSM direct torque control system largely.
