摘要
对一种动态扭矩加载器进行了标定研究。1)参数标定:对加载器的扭振系统施加不同频率的已知简谐激振扭矩。由得到的幅频响应曲线对扭振系统参数进行标定;2)简谐电磁扭矩幅值的标定:由测试系统采集出与待标定幅值相应的位移响应幅值,再从已知的系统幅频响应曲线得到相应放大因子,进而得到欲标定的简谐电磁扭矩的幅值。3)非谐简电磁扭矩瞬时值的标定:在欲标定电磁扭矩作用下,由测试系统采集出瞬时的角位移、角速度和角加速度的离散值,将其代入扭振系统的力学模型,便得到欲标定的瞬时扭矩的离散值。经拟合得到非简谐电磁扭矩的标定曲线。动态扭矩加载器的标定为扭矩传感器的动态标定提供了较理想的标定设备。
The calibration of a kind of dynamic torque loading device is studied.1) Parameter Calibration: Applying harmonic torque with different frequencies to the torsional vibration system of the loading device,the response curve with amplitude versus frequency is gained and then the calibration for the system parameters is performed.2) Calibration for amplitude of electromagnetic torque : Collect displacement response amplitudes form the measured system and find the magnification factor,then the amplitude of the electromagnetic torque is gained.3) Calibration for nonharmonic electromagnetic torque:Fit the discrete values of the torque to a curve for the nonharmonic electromagnetic torque.The calibration of the dynamic torque loading divice provides an ideal calibrating device for dynamic calibration of torque sensors.
