摘要
目的研究玉芩蓬口服液对肾性高血压大鼠血压的影响。方法建立肾动脉狭窄性高血压模型,用大鼠血压测定仪测定大鼠尾动脉压。结果玉芩蓬口服液高、中剂量组给药第3周起,血压开始明显下降,且作用持续到第4周,与牛黄降压丸降压作用无显著性差异。结论玉芩蓬口服液对肾性高血压大鼠有明显的降压作用。
Objective To study on the effects of Yuqinpeng on blood pressure of renal hypertensive rats , Methods To establish the model of renovascular hypertension , The tail artery blood pressure was determined by using instrument for measuring blood pressure in rats, Results From the third week since administration, the blood pressure of the high dose and the middle dose groups began to decrease obviously. The effect continued to the forth week . There were no significant differences between hypotensive effect of Niuhuang Jiangya pill and Yuqinpeng. Conclusion Yuqinpeng has an obvious effect on renal hypotensive rats .
