摘要
分析了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢冷加工螺钉耐蚀性降低的原因,采用真空淬火、真空稳定化处理和化学钝化的综合工艺方法,对零件进行了处理,并通过中性盐雾试验考察了零件处理前后耐蚀性的变化。结果显示,采用上述处理工艺恢复了零件的耐蚀性,确保了不锈钢电连接器耐环境性能的可靠性。
The causes leading to worsening in corrosion resistance of cold-worked 1Cr18Nr9Ti stainless steel bolt were analyzed.The parts were comprehensively surface-treated by vacuum hardening,vacuum stabilizing,and chemical passivation,while the variation in the corrosion resistance of the parts before and after the comprehensive surface-treatment was investigated using neutral salt-spray test.It was found that the corrosion resistance of the parts could be restored by the comprehensive surface-treatment,which would be critical to ensuring the environmental enduration reliability of the stainless steel connector.
