玻璃瓶混色检测系统中光源补偿的实现

摘要 为了进一步提高玻璃空瓶检测的准确度,对于混色玻璃瓶在进行图像采集时需要通过补偿光源照度获取满足要求的图像,从而为后续的图像处理工作提供高质量的分析图像,为此开发设计了一套混色检测时需要的光源补偿系统。文章详细讨论了光源补偿的补偿原理及其控制方法,通过实验证明效果明显。 In order to further improve the exam accuracy of empty glass bottle , for collecting pictures for mix color glass,it needs to use compensative light source illumination to meet the demand of the picture,in this way,the following picture treatment has got high quality analytic picture, thus developed and designed a set of light source compensative system needed in mix-color exam. The paper discussed the light source compensative principle and its control method in detail. The effect is proved obviously through experiment.
