摘要
企业社会责任在理论界和企业界已成为一个十分重要的课题,焦点问题主要集中在两个方面:一是关于企业社会责任概念的争论;二是对企业承担社会责任所持的基本态度问题,即企业是否应该承担社会责任。文章试图从企业自身的视角通过模型并加以论证,最终向企业经济主体宣告承担社会责任对其盈利目标是有利无害的,为企业迈入主动承担社会责任阶段提供了理论依据。
Corporate social responsibility has already become a very important theme in the academia and business field, which mainly focuses on two aspects: one is the debate on the conception of corporate social responsibility , the other is the basic attitude towords the social responsibility to corporate , which argues whether the corporate ought to undertake social responsibility. The article try to demonstrate and declare by a mathematic model that undertaking social responsibility is profitable on the side of the corporate angle, so that the corporate will be active and glad to undertake social responsibility.
