摘要 菊芋是一种十分具有开发利用价值的菊科植物,试验以MS培养基为基本培养基,附加不同种类和浓度的植物生长调节物质,对菊芋的块茎进行愈伤组织的诱导培养研究,结果表明:浓度为0.05 mg/L的6-BA的诱导效果最差;6-BA 0.05 mg/L和2,4-D 0.05 mg/L组合有利于愈伤组织的诱导;浓度为0.05 mg/L的2,4-D最有利于愈伤组织的诱导。 Helianthus tuberosus Lirm is a great value with the development of the Compositae, the experimental MS medium as a basic medium,supplemented with differem types and concentrations of plant growth regulators, Helianthus tuberosus l.inn tetuber called on the callus explanls were cuhured in the study. The results showed that the effects induced by the concentration of 0. 05 mg/L 6-BA was worst. 6-BA 0.05 rng/L and 2, 4-D 0. 05 mg/L callus was good for rapid induction; the concentration of 0. 05mg/L 2, 4-D was best conducive to the rapid induction.
