摘要
《吕氏春秋》在博采众家思想之长的基础上,熔铸了其博大精深的管理哲学思想体系。管中窥豹,对其管理哲学思想可以概括如下:在管理者的道德素质上,要求管理者能够"行德爱人";在管理的根本原则上,强调"因而不为";在管理的控制手段上,主张"正名审分";在管理的社会责任上,追求"全生利群"。
Based on the absorption of advanced thoughts of many thinkers, The Annals of Lu Buwei casts broad and profound ideology in managerial philosophy. We can generalize its philosophical viewpoints as follows： As to the moral quality, it demands the managers to practice benevolence; As to the fundamental principle of management, it stresses to play people＇s subjective initiatives; As to the managerial control devices, it maintains＇to be faithful to one＇ s duties; As to the social responsibility of management, it pursues people - oriented and people - benefited concept.
