摘要
改革开放后,我国的城市规划改造出现了诸多问题,而上海新天地是旧城改造的一个特例。在城市改造中,我们应当遵循完整性、集体保护等原则,使"新"与"旧"并存于环境之中。
After the period of reform and openness, there have appeared many questions with regard to city planning and reforming of our country, and ＂Shanghai New Heaven and Earth＂ is a special example for the reform of new city. In the course of city reform,we should follow the principle keeping the complete nature and collective protection of the city and make ＂the new＂ and ＂the old＂ co-exist in the environment.
