96例扩张型心肌病心电图分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)者心电图特点。方法对96例DCM者的心电图资料进行回顾性分析。结果96例DCM者的心电图均有异常:异位搏动和异位心律72例(占75%),房室肥大69例(占72%),传导阻滞58例(占60%),ST-T改变40例(占42%),心率改变26例(27%),QRS波低电压15例(占37.5%),异常Q波15例(占37.5%),QT间期延长7例(占17.5%)。结论DCM的心电图表现多种多样,心电图检查无创、简便、经济、快捷,可作为的重要手段。
