摘要
进行385/55R22.5低断面无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的结构设计和施工设计。结构设计:外直径995.005mm,断面宽度397.030mm,胎圈着合直径569.5mm,胎面采用纵向条形普通花纹。施工设计:气密层采用BIIR胶料,胎冠采用双复合、胎侧采用三复合方式挤出,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用上3层半结构。成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能、速度性能和强度均满足要求。
The design of 385/55R22.5 low aspect ratio tubeless TBR tire is described. In structure design,the following parameters are taken, overall diameter 995. 005 mm, section width 397. 030 mm, diameter at rim bead seat 569.5 mm, longitudinal strip pattern for tread. In construction design, the following processes are taken : BIIR for inner liner, duplex extruding for crown, triple extruding for sidewall, 3 + 9 + 15×0. 22 + 0.15 HT steel cord for carcass ply, three and half layer structure for belt. The inflated overall diameter, endurance performance, speed performance and strength met the requirements.
