摘要
采用转矩流变仪测定了采用不同润滑剂的PVC-U共混体系的加工性能,分析了试验数据,比较了润滑剂对PVC-U共混体系的影响,为润滑剂配方设计提供了可靠的试验参数。试验结果表明:在试验基础配方下,硬脂酸的用量在0.5份以内、石蜡和PE蜡的用量在0.4份以内时,可设计出PVC-U共混体系润滑平衡的最佳组合。
The processing properties of PVC- U blends with different lubricants were measured by a torque rheometer, the data obtained were analyzed and the influences of lubricants on PVC - U blends were compared. Reliable experimental parameters for the formula design of lubricant were provided. The experiment results showed that the best combination could be worked out for the balance of lubricanting property of PVC - U blends when stearic acid was less than 0.5 parts and paraffin wax and PE wax were less than 0.4 part.
