摘要
目的研究冠心苏合丸中桂皮酸在大鼠小肠的吸收情况。方法采用大鼠在体小肠回流实验,采用HPLC法测定小肠循环液中的桂皮酸及酚红,依据药物在小肠内的剩余量来确定药物的吸收。结果高、中、低浓度的冠心苏合丸肠循环液中,桂皮酸在空回肠的吸收速率常数分别为3.680、3.740、3.795 h-1。结论冠心苏合丸循环液的浓度对桂皮酸的Ka无影响,桂皮酸在小肠内吸收较好,吸收呈一级动力学过程,吸收机制为被动扩散。
OBJECTIVE The absorption of cinnamic acid in rat small intestine was investigated after administration of Guanxin Suhe pill. METHODS The model of rat intestinal absorption in vivo was employed in this study. HPLC method were established for the determination of phenolsulfonphthalein and cinnamic acid respectively in the circulating solution of the extraction of Guanxin Suhe pill. The small intestinal absorption rate of cinnamic acid was measured according to its remnant in small intestinal. RESULTS The small intestine absorption rates of cinnamic acid were 3. 680 h^ - 1, 3. 740 h^ - 1 and 3.795 h ^- 1 respectively under high, medium, low concentration of cinnamic acid in Guanxin Suhe pill. CONCLUSION Dose has no effect on the absorption kinetics of cinnamic acid in Guanxin Suhe pill cinnamic acid is well absorbed in rat small intestines. The absorption is a first order rate process with the passive diffusion mechanism.
