摘要
要从根本上解决三农问题,实现城乡统筹发展,必须加快我国传统农业向现代农业的转化,促进农村经济增长方式转型。实现我国农村经济增长方式有效转型的策略包括:培育和拓展新产业、发展特色经济,创建现代农业产业体系,加快农村金融改革和发展,大力发展乡镇企业,强化设施装备支撑,提高农业机械化和信息化水平,造就大批新型农民等,这些策略将对转变我国农村经济增长方式起到积极促进作用。
To solve the problems about agriculture,cuuntryside and peasantry, and realize urban and rural development as a whole, we must speed the transform from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and promote the transition of growth pattern of agricultural economy. In China, the strategies to realize the available transition in growth pattern of a- gricultural economy includes： fostering and expanding the new industry systems, developing special economy, constructing modern agriculture industry, speeding up the deformation and development of rural finance, enhancing the development of township enterprise, strengthening the support on equipment and device, raising the level of agricultural information and mechanization, fostering thousands upon thousands of new farmers, reinforcing the associations of forest and land, setting up and perfecting modern agricultural management system, developing green agriculture etc.
