摘要
全国肉价和副食品价格陡升,政府强力举措暂时遏制风头。但是,在粮价成本推动、发散型蛛网效应、联动棘轮效应作用下,肉价还存在强力反弹、再次暴涨机会和长期性上涨趋势。肉价暴涨祸因折射系列战略安全管理深层问题。为应对未来局面,中央政府必须在国家战略上主动应对谋划,地方政府也必须在职能内有所作为,从九个方面积极着手进行相关战略行动。
The pork price and other non-staple food products price acute rises in China this year. The governments at all levels action to holds down the price, temporarily contains the rise crest of wave. But, the pork price, for the cost-push effect of grain price which walks the high in international and domestic, the dispersing spider web effect, the linkage notch wheel effect function, has the possibility which the force resilience or once more will rise suddenly and the long term rise tendency. The skyrocketing price of pork reflects serious strategic security management problem in China. Being supposed to the future aspect or Situation, the central government or the local governments, should takes the strategic countermeasures and the correlation motion from the nine aspects positively.
