摘要
目的比较两种不同老年痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆能力和探索行为。方法选用两种不同的老年性痴呆模型,即SAMP/8快速老化小鼠模型组和铝造模组,采用水迷宫和旷场实验进行行为学观察。结果SAMP/8组逃避潜伏期[(85.49±2.96)s]比铝造模组[(60.65±3.38)s]长(P〈0.05),跨平台次数[(2.44±1.2)次]较铝造模组[(5.43±0.88)次]少(P〈0.05);SAMP/8组对环境的探究能力、认知能力[穿行次数(9.16±5,12)次,中央格停留时间(5.46±1.92)s]显著低于铝造模组[(13.04±7.08)次,(3.46±2.33)s](P〈0.05)。结论SAMP/8快速老化小鼠模型学习记忆能力及对环境的探究能力显著低于铝染毒小鼠,SAMP/8可以作为老年性痴呆替代模型之一。
Objective To compare the cognitive behaviors in different Alzheimer' s disease model. Methods Select two kinds of Alzheimer' s disease model the group of SAMP/8 senescence accelerated mouse and the group of model made of aluminium, and observe the behavior by Morris water maze test and open field experi- ment. Results The group of SAMP/8 ( 85.49 ± 2.96) had significantly prolong in escape latency, and had few times of stride platform (2.44 ± 1.2) than those in the model made of aluminium (60.65 ± 3.38, 5.43 ± 0.88 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the group of SAMP/8 (9.16 ± 5.12,5.46 ± 1.92) had lower cognitive capacity and explorative capacity than those in the modle made of aluminium ( 13.04 ± 7.08,3.46 ± 2.33 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The SAMP/8 senescence accelerated mouse was bad in the spatial learning and memory and explorative capacity than the modle made of aluminium, the SAkdP/8 senescence accelerated mouse was one of the substitute Alzheimer's disease model.
