摘要
目的观察大鼠脂肪干细胞与去细胞神经支架体外相容性,为周围神经组织工程寻求合适的种子细胞载体。方法将大鼠脂肪干细胞与去细胞神经支架体外体外复合培养,采用倒置显微镜和扫描电镜观察细胞在支架上的生长、黏附情况,MTT法测定细胞活性并与空白对照组比较。结果脂肪干细胞在去细胞神经支架上生长、黏附情况良好。结论两者具有很好的体外组织相容性,去细胞的神经支架可以作为有效的周围神经组织工程的细胞载体。
[Objective] To study the compatibility between adipose derived stem ceils and acellular nerve saffold in vitro in order to explore appropriate saffold material for peripheral nerve tissue engineering. [Methods] Adipose derived stem cells and acellular nerve saffold were cocultured in vitro, the growth and attachment of cells in saffold were studied by inverted phase contrast microscope, the activity of cells was compared to the control group by MTT method. [Result] Adipose derived stem cells grew and attached well in acellular nerve saffold. [Conclusion] There is good compatibility between adipose derived stem cells and acellular nerve saffold in vitro, the acellular nerve saffold can be used as vehicle for seed cell of peripheral nerve tissue engineering.
