摘要
目的对丹参素柔性纳米脂质体的制备工艺及包封率的测定方法进行初步研究。方法采用薄膜超声法制备丹参素柔性纳米脂质体,高效液相色谱法检测包封率。结果制得的丹参素柔性纳米脂质体为球形双层脂质体,包封率为45.8%。结论该法制备丹参素柔性纳米脂质体,工艺简单、可规模化生产,包封率较高;高效液相色谱法测定丹参素的含量,方法简便、准确。
[Objective] To study the preparation of ultradeformable nanoliposomes of danshensu and determination method of encapsulation percentage. [Methods] Uhradeformable nanoliposomes of danshensu were prepared by the technology of membrane-sonication, and encapsulation percentage was determined by HPLC. [Results] The prepared ultradeformable nanoliposomes were double-layer sphericity, the average encapsulation percentage was 45.8%. [Conclusion] This technology is simple and convenient for industrial production and a relatively high encapsulation percentage can be obtained. The determination of danshensu content by HPLC is simple and convenient for precise.
