摘要
目的探讨膀胱结石治疗的新技巧。方法经电切镜的电极孔置入钬激光纤维光纤将膀胱结石击碎并用艾力克将碎石吸出。结果所有病例均一次性将结石取尽,术中、术后无大出血、膀胱穿孔和水中毒(TURS)等并发症,疗效满意。结论经尿道电切镜下钬激光治疗膀胱结石是一种安全、有效的方法。
[Objective] To investigate a new technique for the treatment of bladder stones. [Methods] Bladder stones were treated with Ho： YAG laser lithotripsy by resectoscope. [Results] All the bladder stones patients were treated on one session, No major haemorahage, perforation of the bladder or water intoxication happened intraoperatively or postoperatively, the general results were satisfactory. [ Conclusions ] Treatment of bladder stones with Ho： YAG laser lithotripsy by resectoscope is an effective and safe method.
