摘要
棉胚珠来源的单细胞进行悬浮培养,并对其部分特性进行研究,发现大部分细胞可显著伸长并可分化为纤维细胞,且提高GA_3浓度及适当的pH(pH5.0)可促进细胞的伸长和分化。而100/lM的香豆素便可显著抑制细胞的伸长和分化。
A suspension culture of single cells derived from cotton ovules was set up and some of its characteristics was studied. It was found that these cells in the culture could extend significantly and differentiate into fiber cells. Increased GA3 concentration and optimal pH (pH5. 0)could promote the extension and differentiation. But 100μM coumarin could apparently inhibit these processes.
