摘要
分析了异形件成形工艺,利用UG和Dynaform软件确定了零件的毛坯形状及尺寸,介绍了异形件落料拉深复合模结构设计和工作过程,对异形件拉深过程进行了数值模拟,根据模拟结果分析了成形性能。
The forming technology of a shaped piece was analyzed. The shape and dimensions of the blank were determined by using software UG and Dynaform. The structural design and working procedure of a die combining blanking and drawing for forming the component were presented. The drawing process was simulated and the forming performance was studied based on the result.
