摘要 缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是调控细胞氧平衡、缺氧状态下能量代谢以及相关基因调控的转录因子,能与缺氧反应基因上特定位点结合,启动靶基因的转录,使机体对缺氧产生一系列适应性反应。葡萄糖转运因子1(Glut1)是葡萄糖转运蛋白家族成员之一,主要介导细胞内外的跨膜转运,调节葡萄糖摄取,对糖代谢的调节等功能起到关键的作用。二者与卵巢癌等实体瘤的发生、发展,甚至转移及预后都有密切关系。该文就HIF-1和Glut1的特性和在卵巢癌中的研究进展作一概述。 Hypoxia inducible factor-1 ( HIF-1 ) is a transcribe factor that can control the cells' oxygen equilibrium or the energy metabolism Jr, hypoxia and regulate related gene. It can bind to special sites of hypoxia response gene,and switch on the transcription of target gene, then make the organism develop a series of adaptive response. Glucose transport factor-1 is a member of the glucose transporter family. It is major to help the transmembrane transport in exterior and interior of cells,regulate glucose uptake, and have an important role in glycometabolic adjustment. They both are related to the genesis, development, deadexis and prognosis of some solid tumor,such as ovarian cancer. This review summarized the characteristics of HIF-1 and Glut1, and the current situation of research in ovarian cancer.
