摘要
目的探讨慢性肥厚性鼻炎鼻内窥镜下鼻甲部分切除术后的护理要点。方法采用回顾性研究,总结我科80例慢性肥厚性鼻炎鼻内窥镜下鼻甲部分切除术后的病症变化及相应的护理措施的效果。结果80例患者术后生命体征平稳;1例患者术后出现明显的颜面肿胀、严重的头晕头痛;1例患者出现术后鼻腔出血。结论肥厚性鼻炎鼻内窥镜下鼻甲部分切除术后术后生命体征、术后体位及心理护理、饮食护理、口腔护理以及鼻出血的护理是护理的重点。
Objective To investigate the points of nursing patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis after inferior turbinectomy. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to summarize the changes of pathogenetic condition and the effects of homologous nursing measures of 80 patients from our department with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis after inferior turbinectomy by nasal endoscope. Results 80 patients had stable vital signs ; 1 patient had obvious facial spargosis,grave dizziness and headache; 1 patient had nasal hemorrhage after surgery. Conclusion Observation of vital signs, nursing of position and psychology, nursing of eating, nursing of oral cavity and nursing of nasal hemorrhage are the multiple points of nursing patients with chronic hypertrophic rhi- nitis after inferior turbinectomy.
