该文以例解形式介绍了矿热电炉设计的参数选择程序及步骤。提出了折纯电单耗的概念，在先行确定设备损耗系数、功效系数的前题下．将功效系数分解为功率因数和电效率，从而得出了变压器空载线电压计算公式的新形式。并以表格形式列出了例解的39个参数的计算公式及计算结果。
