摘要
反事实思维是指个体对过去事件加以心理否定并构建出一种可能性假设的思维活动。根据前提性质可分为加法式、减法式和替代式,根据命题比较的方法可分为上行反事实和下行反事实。它的形成过程可分为激发阶段和内容形成阶段,其功能有情绪功能和准备功能等。运用反事实思维策略探索心理问题形成的根源并积极进行干预,将会对青少年良好个性和心理品质形成产生重要影响。
Counterfactual thinking is a thinking activity of denying past events and meanwhile generating a possible hypothesis. According to the nature of premise, it can be classified into additive, subtractive and substitutional, and according counterfactual or downward counterfactual. to the method of premise comparison, it is either upward Counterfactual thinking is formed in two stages, i. e. activation stage arid content stage, and has emotional and preparatory functions. This thinking strategy can be utilized to explore the causes of psychological can exert an important influence upon the formation problems and to conduct active intervention which of youth's good personality and healthy psychology.
