摘要
"合作主义"提倡的是和谐、一致的社会秩序,政府与中介组织的互动性发展便是对这一"主义"的践行。中国正处于社会转型期,政府职能的转变、公共权力向社会的回归、社会组织的兴起等等,都为"合作主义"在中国的运用提供了契机。在中国构建和谐社会的大背景下,应积极寻求实现政府与中介组织双赢的路径———树立合作理念、构建合作模式、培育合作环境等,使之成为构建社会主义和谐社会强劲的推动力量。
The corporatism advocates a harmonious and consistent social order and the interactive development between the government and intermediary organizations is the practice of corporatism. The shift of government functions, return of public power to the society, and the emergence of social organizations offer the opportunity for the application of corporatism in the period of China＇s social transformation. Consequently, we should actively seek for a proper route for the win-win between government and intermediary organizations： setting up the concept of corporation, establishing the corporation mode, and creating a corporation environment. The above-mentioned measures are expected to act as a driving force to develop the harmonious socialist society in China.
