摘要 为了更好地弄清燃油组分对发动机排气碳氢的影响,在一台单缸发动机上开展了燃用汽油-正已烷和汽油-二甲苯混合燃料的研究,利用FID测量了总碳氢排放量。研究了不同混合比例下汽油-正已烷和汽油-二甲苯混合燃料对发动机碳氢排放的影响。给出了混合燃料与商品汽油的排放对比。研究结果表明:汽油-正已烷混合燃料较汽油碳氢排放低,汽油-二甲苯混合燃料较汽油碳氢排放高。认为亨利常数、扩散系数和蒸馏温度决定了燃油组分引起的缸内未燃碳氢数量。指出燃油组分对发动机碳氢排放有很大的影响。碳氢排放量与汽油中正已烷或二甲苯掺混比例成线性变化关系。汽油中正已烷增加10%碳氢排放降低2×10-4C,汽油中二甲苯增加10%碳氢排放会增加2.2×10-4C。 In order to gain better understanding of the effect of fuel components on engine out hydrocarbon emissions, a single cylinder engine has been run on hexane gasoline and xylene gasoline blends, total HC emissions have been measured by FID. The influence of the fractions of paraffinic component (hexane) and aromatic component (xylene) blended in gasoline on engine out HC emi ssions were examined. The comparisons of these blends with commercial gasoline were provided. The results show that total HC emissions for hexane gasoline blends are lower than that of gasoline and total HC emissions for xylene gasoline blends are higher than that of gasoline. It is shown that Henrys constant, diffusion coefficient and distillation temperature of fuel components dominate the mass of in cylinder unburned hydrocarbons which is influenced by fuel. The compositions of fuel greatly influence the engine out HC emissions. The engine out HC emissions vary linearly with the fraction of hexane or xylene blended in gasoline, total HC emissions decrease 2.0×10 -4 C as the fraction of hexane blended in gasoline increases 10 per cent, total HC emissions increase 2.2×10 -4 C as the fraction of xylene blended in gasoline increases 10 per cent.
