肿瘤患者红细胞膜CR1免疫分子定量测定的临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤患者红细胞膜CR1免疫分子定量变化的意义。方法纳入肿瘤患者73例,其中呼吸系统肿瘤40例,血液系统肿瘤16例,消化系统肿瘤11例,其他肿瘤6例。健康对照组56例,分别测定红细胞膜CR1免疫分子定量(以吸光值A表示),并进行比较。结果红细胞膜CR1免疫分子定量:呼吸系统肿瘤0.79±0.25,血液系统肿瘤0.83±0.29,消化系统肿瘤0.75±0.31,其他肿瘤0.67±0.31,健康对照组为1.36±0.26,肿瘤患者较健康者明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),但是部分患者病情缓解后其红细胞膜CR1免疫分子定量有不同程度的提高。结论肿瘤患者发病期红细胞膜CR1免疫分子定量降低,病情缓解后升高,红细胞膜CR1免疫分子定量测定对肿瘤患者的辅助诊断及预后判断有一定临床意义。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the quantitative assay of CR1 immuno-molecules on erythrocyte menabrane in patients with tumors. Methods 73 patients with tumors were enrolled in the study including 40 cases of respiratory system tumors, 16 cases of blood system tumors, 11 cases of digestive system tumors and 6 cases of other tumors.56 healthy subjects were in control group. The quantitative assay of CR1 immuno-molecules on erythrocyte membrane was performed by erythmcyte membrane enzyme immunization method. Results The quantitative assay of CR1 immuno-molecules showed that respiratory system tumors were 0.79± 0,25, blood system tumors 0.83 ± 0.29, digestive system rumors 0.75 ± 0.31, other rumors 0.67± 0.31, control group 1.36 ± 0.26, the CR1 immuno-molecules on erythmcytie membrane in tumor group were significantly lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), However, after the remission of patient's condition in part of patients, their CR1 immuno-molecule were increased at different degrees. Conclusion During the onset period of tumors, the CR1 immuno-molectdes on erythrocyte membrane are decreased, but after the remission of patient' s condition, which are increased. Therefore the quantitative assay of CR1 immuno-molecules on erythrocyte membrane has certain clinical significance for the assistant diagnosis and prognostic evaluation for patients with tumors.
