摘要
固氮酶将N2还原为NH3的过程是自然界实现氮循环的重要环节。本文着重对固氮酶的固氮机理和其活性中心FeMo辅基的人工模拟合成进行探讨,其中包括FeMo蛋白中的质子和电子的传递,FeMo辅基对N2的活化方式,Mo原子的作用,固氮活性的测试。最后还就固氮酶的活性中心FeMo辅基的人工模拟合成进行了探讨。
The process of nitrogen fixation in nitrogenase is an essential element for the nitrogen cycle in nature.In this article,the emphasis is on the mechanism of nitrogen fixation and the synthesis of manual simulation of FeMo cofactor.Contents include:transfer of proton and electron in FeMo protein,model of the dinitrogen activation by FeMo cofactor,function of molybdenum atom in nitrogenase,measure for activity of nitrogen fixation.The synthesis of manual simulation of FeMo cofactor is also discussed.
