锌与锗对小鼠抗氧化作用影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对240只小鼠的血清、肝脏、肌肉进行了锌和锗含量,抗氧化指标SOD活性、MDA含量测定。观察结果表明,微量元素锌与锗在小鼠血清中有一定的竞争作用。血清锌锗与肌肉、肝脏锌、锗及SOD有一定的相关性。由于锌和锗含量的变化,小鼠抗氧化作用受到了影响,当两者联合应用时(两组均加锌80×10-6,分别加锗25×10-6、50×10-6).SOD活性有不同程度增加,MDA含量随之下降,提示了锌与锗在小鼠抗氧化方面有一定的协同作用。 The concentration of zinc and germanium and anti-oxidation index-the activity of SOD, the amount of MDA in serum, liver and muscle from 240 mice were determined. The observing result indicates the interrelation of zinc and germanium in serum, the two elements have competitive effect in serum to some extent. When the concentration of zinc increased,germanium decreased, while germanium increased, zinc decreased, so there was a regular change between them. Zinc and germanium in serum and zinc, germanium, SOD in muscle and liver have interrelation between them. Since the amount of zinc and germanium changed,effect of anti-oxidation of mice was affected. When zinc and germanium were used together (add 80×10-6 zinc and 25 ×10-6, 50×10-6 germanium), SOD activity increased, whereas the amount of MDA decreased, the anti-oxidation of zinc and germanium in mice have correlated effects.
