摘要
实验测量了SC7080型汽车散热器的传热与风阻特性,并与R.L.Webb的理论计算公式的计算结果进行了比较。修正了Webb理论计算公式中关于汽车散热器风阻的计算方法。计算结果与不同散热带节距的管带式汽车散热器的实验结果基本吻合。
The heat transfer and air pressure drop characteristics of the SC7080 type automotive radiator are tested and the results are compared with R.L.Webbs theoretical computation data.The computational results fit in with the test data of heat transfer basically.At the lower mass rate of air,the difference of air pressure drop between theoretical computation and test is less.But as the mass rate increasing,the difference increases.In the experimental range,the biggest relate discrepance is 40% approximately.The R.L.Webbs theoretical model on air pressure drop is adjusted in this paper,and air inlet and outlet pressure drop are taken into account the total pressure drop.The developed theoretical computational result is in accordance with test results of air pressure drop for the automotive radiators with different fin plate pinch.At last,an experimental correlation of air pressure drop is obtained that can be used to proposed the improved scheme of the SC7080 type automotive.
