摘要
定向钻井中,钻头与地层之间的相对运动(滚动和滑动)所产生的反扭矩导致工具面不断偏离井眼设计轨道,为解决该问题,国外石油公司研制出了一种全新的无反扭矩钻井装置,并进行了初步的现场试验。对该钻井装置进行了简单的介绍,并从理论上分析讨论了其扭矩平衡条件和影响系统平衡的各种因素,同时为该系统的进一步完善提出了一些建议。
During directional drilling, tool face often deviated from the desired direction due to the friction caused by the relative motion (rolling and sliding ) between the bit and the formation. For the purpose of solving this problem, a foreign petroleum company developed a new tool which eliminates the reactive torque and applied in the field. This paper briefly describes the features of this new tool. Torque balance condition of the new tool and all the factors affecting the system balance were analyzed theoretically. Some suggestions were provided to improve this tool.
