摘要 豆科植物含有一种荧光物质,对高效液相色谱/荧光检测(HPLC/FD)测定抗蚜威残留有干扰,易产生假阳性结果。通过薄层色谱(TLC)分离富集荧光物质,气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)分析鉴定,该化合物为1,2-苯二甲酸,单(2-乙基己基)酯。建立GC/MS/SIM对豆科植物中抗蚜威残留检测方法。 A fluorescent composition in pea plant was interfered the determination of primicarb residue by high performance liquid chromatography/fluorescence diction (HPLC/FD). The fluorescent composition was separated by thin layer chromatography (TLC), identified by GC/MS, it was 1,2-benzendicarboxylic acid, mono (2-ethylhexyl) ester. An analytical method determined the primicarb residue in pea plant by GC/MS/SIM was developed.
