摘要
采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对图书馆如何合理地选择优质的图书供应商进行研究,提出供应商评价与选择的指标体系,建立基于序数法的个体独自评价法的多准则群决策模型,给出一个应用实例。此方法可用于图书采购招标或其他采购方式中,有利于提高供应商选择的有效性,为提高采访质量奠定基础。
By combining the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative computation, this paper studies how to reasonably select satisfactory book suppliers by libraries. The paper presents a concrete index system for the evaluation and selection of suppliers, and develops a multi-criteria group decision-making model based on the ordinal method of individual auto-evaluation. The model is illustrated by an example. The method may be used in bid for book procurement and in other procurement models, and improve the efficiency of the selection of suppliers so as to lay the foundation for high quality book procurement.
